1. Cyberbullying Message While reviewing the email messages in your email account, you notice one that you interpret as cyberbullying. You do not recognize the sender of the email message but still take it seriously. What are your next steps?

v Ignore the person. Do not respond in any way.

v Document every message that is bullying by saving

    it and printing it.

v If there is no threat, ignoring and documenting it 

    may be all that is needed.

v If the messages continue or if the message is 

    violent, threatening, obscene or contains anything 

    illegal such as child pornography, contact the police.

Antivirus Program Not Updating: You are attempting to update your antivirus program with the latest virus definitions, but you receive an error message. What steps will you take to resolve this issue?

In this case, there could be two problems:

1. Your antivirus program is faulty, or 

2. You have some kind of malware that is causing trouble.

ØRun Malwarebytes.com and fix whatever is found.

ØTurn on Windows antivirus temporarily and uninstall your antivirus software. Go directly to your software provider’s website and install a brand new copy.
